Prior to academia, I was a Business Analyst in the Atlanta office of McKinsey & Company, where I primarily served automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) on growth-related marketing and sales topics including pricing strategy, promotional incentive programs, go-to-market strategy, and dealer performance management programs. I also supported the codification of knowledge related to this work, including this article here: A virtuous cycle for growth: Finding profit after the initial sale
I also host a podcast called Company Cars that draws upon my experience in the automotive industry to explore topics related to the automotive business (Accessible here: Company Cars).
